All BeMicro greens are harvested to order and shipped in temperature-controlled, eco-friendly packaging to ensure they arrive at your doorstep crisp and nutrient-dense.
What is the shelf life of BeMicro products?
When kept refrigerated in their original breathable packaging, our microgreens typically stay fresh for 7 to 10 days after delivery.
Do you offer subscription plans?
Yes, we offer weekly and bi-weekly subscription boxes that allow you to save 15% on every order. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
Are your growing methods organic?
Absolutely. We use non-GMO seeds, organic soil, and zero synthetic pesticides or fertilizers in our vertical farming facility.
What is your return policy for perishable food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
